Welcome to the LCI Cascadia-Seattle CoP! Our CoP has been formed to provide awareness of how Lean design and construction can increase the satisfaction of project delivery by aligning our stakeholder values with the goals of the project. We also have programming to share methods of continuous improvement.

Some of our events include lean coffees, open forum conversations, training on various lean principles, social and network panel events, and more throughout the year.
