Michigan CoP

This is the third in an on-going series of one-hour virtual learning opportunities intended to help empower Michigan CoP participants kick-off their lean journey or enhance their current knowledge.  After this session, attendees will understand the A3 methodology and how to incorporate it into their existing decision making processes.

Basic Agenda for each session:

  • Intro MI CoP (The session will be open starting at 10:50 am to handle any tech difficulties and introductions)

Speaker: Ali Lahouti, Lean Manager - Barton Malow
Ali Lahouti serves Barton Malow Holdings as a Lean Manager. His   academic and practical trainings in Lean Thinking and Project Management have   afforded him to take on challenges in implementation of Lean Production   principles in process planning, operation, and project delivery. He holds   Certification of Management in Lean Construction (CM-Lean) from the   Associated General Contractors of America (AGC); and is a member of Steering Committee   for AGC’s Lean Construction Forum.
