Join us for a panel discussion focused on creating a better understanding of the regulatory process for a more efficient workflow when working with various permitting authorities to create a better project outcome for all stakeholders. Zach Smith, of Zach Smith Consulting, and Todd James, of Broadmoor LLC, will be discussing topics including:

  • How to communicate better with City Hall

  • Todd James, Broadmoor LLC
    Todd is a New Orleans native, with over 20 years of experience in the design & building industry, delivering more than $850 million in construction projects across the Gulf Coast Region. In his current role, Todd is responsible for supporting and furthering Broadmoor’s mission of honorably serving the community. His experiences in development, design and construction provides a unique offering to further the construction legacy of Broadmoor, LLC. In Todd’s current role, he continues to support the project teams for projects such as, The River District Neighborhood Development, the current Renovations of the Louisiana Superdome & New Orleans Ernest Morial Convention Center, and Virgin Hotels.  Todd has continued to invest in the growth and sustainability of the region through his continued involvement with Greater New Orleans Inc, where he served as Chairman of the NextGen Council and continues to remain involved with the SOLA Super Region Committee. For the past 10 years he continues to serve as the Vice Chairman for the City of New Orleans Board of Zoning & Adjustments.
