Speakers:

  • Carrie Struss - Director of Continuous Improvement, Milwaukee Tool
    Carrie has almost 20 years of experience in roles including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, and Lean Leadership for the automotive, aerospace, and consumer product industries.  Although most of her career was in manufacturing sites, for the past 5 years her focus has been on process scalability in the distribution and transactional spaces of Milwaukee Tool.  She has a passion for process improvement and connecting all functions of the business to drive value. 
  • Nick Loughrin - Group Manager, Project Delivery Services
    With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Nick is a certified LCI instructor and a thought leader in Boldt’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) process.  In his role as Group Manager of Project Delivery Services, he uses this knowledge to set projects up for success. By engaging with customers from the beginning, Nick gains a deep understanding of what they value and customizes how production will be executed to achieve those objectives.
