Join us on this unique GEMBA tour of the new Jack C. Taylor Visitor Center at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis, MO. Founded in 1859, the Garden is a National Historic Landmark and a center for science, conservation, education, and horticultural display — widely considered one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Alberici Constructors’ scope of work on this $100 million project consists of the demolition of the old visitor center (Ridgway Center) and a phased approach to the construction of the new center. The project will provide new and enhanced amenities to showcase the Garden’s mission, including a conservatory, event center, and entry garden. Completion is scheduled for June 2022.  Don’t miss this opportunity to watch and learn in real time how the project team is implementing Alberici’s Lean Edge program:

  1. Team Building and Alignment
  2. Conditions of Satisfaction
  3. Big Room
  4. Last Planner System®
  5. Facilitation, Coaching and Training.

Attendance will be limited to 20 people.
