Join us on our first GEMBA tour of the year at the Washington University School of Medicine Neuroscience Research Building Project. This McCarthy project is a 12-story new research building and integrated vivarium with a connector link bridge to adjacent facilities, parking structure, and utility plant. Budgeted at $500 million, the project is expected to finish construction in June, 2023. Don’t miss this opportunity to watch and learn in real time how the project team is implementing Big Room, Last Planner System® and Takt planning. Attendance will be limited to 20 people.
