Panelists:

  • Joe Gallagher is a Project Superintendent for McCarthy Building Companies. He is a passionate Lean practitioner and is currently working on the Banner Gateway new Patient Tower Expansion Project.
  • Brad Nelson, CM-Lean, Hensel Phelps, is Project Superintendent, an experienced Lean practitioner, and an instructor for the AGC Lean Construction Program with the Arizona Builder’s Alliance.
  • As Executive Director of Continuous Improvement for The Devenney Group Ltd Architects, Dave Hagan facilitates the implementation of Lean processes in the healthcare design and construction space. He is an accomplished and in-demand speaker and coach on Lean principles.
  • Jason Klous, Lean Project, has 15+ years experience in commercial construction with a proven track record of delivering large complex commercial projects on-time and on-budget using lean construction techniques. He is focused on developing a strong client relationship and a creative problem solving approach to construction projects. Jason has a strong belief and dedication to mentoring and coaching others as well as setting well-defined goals for the project team.
