Many Lean practitioners use the "plus/delta" technique to solicit the feedback that is meant to fuel continuous improvement on their teams. But, this technique rarely delivers the goods! Sure, if there's a fairly obvious issue, someone will probably mention it. But, too often, we receive lots of superficial feedback such as "it was nice having bagels on Tuesday."
This session will show a better process. Attendees will learn how to facilitate a focused conversation with a group that will solicit deeper, more useful insights into what's working, what's not, and what to do about it. The technique is flexible and easily scales to fit various contexts. Expect an immediate improvement in your Scrum team's retrospectives or your Lean team's reflections!
