This topic introduces the Last Planner System® (LPS®) 5 levels and connected conversations. Participants will learn the benefits and key concept of LPS, definition of Last Planner, push versus pull methodology. Learning will include examples of LPS being implemented.

This is going to be an interactive session and joining from your mobile device may be frustrating. For that reason, we are only allowing attendees to join from your computer. We also ask that everyone #turnyourcameraon and come ready to actively participate! It will enrich the experience for all participants.

The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated discussion oriented event focused on a specific Lean subject matter. Its purpose is to provide a knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion amongst the participants.

Bryan Wahl, AIA, is the Director of Integrated Design at Bostwick Design Partnership. The design process inspires Bryan. He feels that creating new environments goes beyond walls, roof and a floor. It is making a place that will enhance people’s lives. Anyone who comes into contact with a building should feel good that a building’s qualities reflect its function.

Joseph A. Schilens, LEED AP, is a Project Superintendent for the Turner Construction Company.
