This event will focus on how Flintco and its Trade Partners are applying Lean2.0® on two neighboring projects, each in a very different phase of its construction lifecycle. Participants will review Lean applied during closeout at 44 East Avenue, getting a sense of how lessons learned throughout construction are impacting Trade Partner performance prior to unit turnover. Moreover, participants will also see how Flintco, and its trades, are applying Lean during project start-up at The Modern, as the team leverages digital solutions to improve execution. In-field discussions with Trade Partners will provide insight on how constraints, observations, and actions are being managed in both cases.
