LCI Introduction to Lean Project Delivery (Oklahoma CoP)

  Heather is a Lean Manager for Flintco Construction and is an LCI and AGC approved instructor.  She started her lean journey over a decade ago and was immediately immersed in the philosophy of improving what we do every day and eliminating waste to create value.  Since then, her passion has been leading positive change in the construction and design industry, as well as coaching others starting on their lean journey. Heather holds a bachelor's in Interior Design and Masters in Construction Management.  She is the co-founder and current leader of the LCI Oklahoma CoP.
