LCI Lean Learning Series: Target Value Delivery (Greater Des Moines CoP)

The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated discussion-oriented event focused on a specific Lean subject matter.  The event is more structured than a Lean Coffee, yet shorter and less structured thn an LCI education course.  Its purpose is to provide just enough knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion among the participants.

This topic introduces Target Value Delivery (TVD) and the associated phases. Participants will learn the key difference between traditional versus TVD approach, key high level guidelines, and some Lean approaches supporting implementing TVD.

Larry Cormicle is the President of Cormicle Consulting Services, L.L.C. Larry recently retired from Iowa State University after 17 years as a Teaching Professor of Construction Engineering. Larry brings his 24 years of professional experience as a general contractor, construction manager, professional engineer and his 29 years as an educator.
