The average adult experiences 36 significant disruptions in their life. How we navigate those challenges will shape and define the success of our organizations and the individuals who are the foundation of our community.

South Louisiana communities continue to recover from Hurricane Ida while navigating the ongoing pandemic.  The path forward will rely heavily on strong effective leadership, community engagement and unity, and definition of a clear path forward.  We have faith that our community will rise to the challenge as it has in the past and emerge even stronger and more resilient in the face of adversity.

As September comes to a close, many are still without power just a short drive from downtown New Orleans.  If you can take a break from recovery efforts, join us for 90 minutes to learn and share some best practices for leading through a crisis and the aftermath.  You’ll hear from a diverse group of leaders and Lean coaches for a discussion that promises to offer insights you can leverage immediately.

No previous Lean experience required.  Come as you are and be ready to learn and share.  Join other industry stakeholders working to solve chronic industry challenges by leveraging Lean thinking and practices.

If joining remotely, please be patient as we work through any technology glitches.  We hope to make this engaging for all who join.

COVID NOTE: Masks are required for attending in-person.  Our host is able to welcome us so long as we cooperate with this requirement.
