Do you really know who your clients are and what they want? Have you ever thought about value-adding activities and waste in terms of a project’s conditions of satisfaction? Have you thought about teaching your teams how to represent the multiple steps in a process to support continuous improvement?
In this virtual Learning session, participants will engage in an interactive simulation to develop a value stream map, identify wastes in the process, and suggest improvements in a three-round exercise considering the client’s requirements. During the simulation, participants will recognize important steps in value stream mapping, identify essential concepts associated with current and future state maps, and compare and contrast similar situations found in construction-related processes.
