This event, the third in a series of four, introduces Target Value Delivery (TVD) and the associated phases. Participants will learn the key difference between traditional versus TVD approach, key high level guidelines, and some Lean approaches supporting implementing TVD.
The Lunch-n-Learn series consists of facilitated, discussion-oriented events, each focused on a specific Lean subject matter. The format is more structured than a Lean Coffee, yet shorter and less structured than an LCI Education course. Its purpose is to provide enough knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion among the participants.
