Project Controls and Lean Culture (New York State CoP)

Clarkson University graduate students will present project delivery solutions to a mock project using Lean tools and processes that address the following problem statement set by the New York State CoP Leader:

How do leading + lagging controls impact Lean culture?

Students will present their draft solutions for feedback and discussion with the CoP. Comments will be integrated into their final submission due April 27^th.
