Taste of Congress: Leaning In Together (Colorado CoP)

In case you couldn’t make it to this past LCI Congress in Phoenix last October, relive it with our local team that got to present there! Leaning in Together was about the journey of GH Phipps Construction Companies, a general contractor, and KL&A, a structural engineering and construction firm, growing in Lean together. The firms’ paths have been wound together by various projects, and even when they weren’t actively on projects together, how they grew together in their Lean journeys. Come learn how each firm continued their journey through successes and struggles and helped prop each other up as we all continued to work toward sustained cultural shifts.
