LCI Webinar: Demystifying the IPD Contract
Speaker

Date
August 20, 2026
Time
11:00 am – 12:30 pm ET
Webinar Description
Traditional contracts can put project teams in separate corners, with competing incentives and risks that make collaboration harder. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) takes a fundamentally different approach by aligning owners, designers, contractors, and trade partners around shared project outcomes.
Join John Zachara on August 20 for a practical look inside the IPD contract and what makes it work. You’ll explore multiparty agreements, shared risk/reward, and the Validation phase, including how early alignment and constructability analysis can improve cost reliability, reduce claims, and give owners greater confidence before making a final Go/No-Go decision.
Whether you’re considering IPD for an upcoming project or want to better understand how these agreements work in practice, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the contract structures that enable collaborative project delivery.
