Sally’s expertise cuts across the Industrialized Construction ecosystem. Sally has served as an operational and Lean leader in manufacturing, general contracting, and modular manufacturing. Sally brings proven and practical experience leading the shift from traditional construction to industrialized construction manufacturing, launching 5 new programs, including more than 50 new products. Sally is currently supporting multiple fabricating trade partners with product development and production optimization and advises owners on their IC program development.
As an industrial engineer with experience in both automotive and modular construction, Stephen has the uncommon ability to adapt shop-floor manufacturing best practices to the construction environment. Stephen works with trade partners and modular companies across the industry leading plant layout, production simulation, model line development, and supply chain optimization.
