Christian has spent his 25+ year career in the construction industry focused primarily on collaborative methods of project delivery and continuous improvement. Starting out in in design-build, he has been engaged in integrated project delivery for over 14 years first as a collaborative partner, then as an owner project lead and now consulting coaching. A balance of diverse construction experiences, lean production & process improvement focus, and intuitive facilitation skills allows Christian to coach from a unique perspective, create Ah-ha moments and relationships across all levels of the project org chart.
