Christian has spent his 25+ year career in the construction industry focused primarily on collaborative project delivery methods and continuous improvement. Starting in design-build, he has been engaged in integrated project delivery for over 14 years, first as a collaborative partner, then as an owner project lead, and now consulting. A balance of diverse construction experiences, Lean production & process improvement focus, and intuitive facilitation skills allows Christian to coach from a unique perspective, and create Ah-ha moments and relationships across all levels of the project org chart.
