2016 design forum

Achieving Better Designs with Higher Client Satisfaction.

Design Forum — Chicago, IL: June 1-2, 2016

Have you always wondered how Lean fits into the Design world? Or how you can use Lean to change your culture and eliminate re-work? Then come and learn about Lean in Design at the LCI/P2SL/AIA Design Forum. It promises to have some of the leading voices in the Lean design community as presenters and “Lean Design Laboratory” breakout sessions presented by chief designer practitioners that will allow attendees great flexibility in choosing topics of interest and engaging presenters in small-group dialogue.

On Day 1 (Wednesday, June 1st) there will be training offerings on “Lean in Design 101”, Target Value Design and Big Room from which to choose. On Day 2 (Thursday, June 2nd) we will feature plenary session speakers in the morning, and the “Lean Design Laboratory” breakout sessions in the afternoon.

With different stations in the room, attendees gravitate to the topics of greatest interest. In a stand-up format, each group has a presentation and interactive Q&A session. Then there is a changeover period where attendees move to the next presentation they’d like to see. Each attendee can be a part of up to four discussions in this session.

The 2016 LCI/P2SL/AIA Design Forum is the event where Architects and Designers come together to advance Lean methodologies. This essential conference will connect you, and your whole team, with innovative solutions and knowledge on key issues impacting the Design industry. Join your colleagues for education, networking, business and inspiration. This is your opportunity to connect with your peers in Lean design. This is a must-attend industry event!
