The Last Planner System® Standard Work documents have been updated to better guide superintendents, foremen and project teams to effective Last Planner System® (LPS®) implementation.
Each of the 12 documents in the LPS® Standard Work are written as a road map for practitioner implementation and cover topics such as Percent Plan Complete (PPC), Daily Huddles, Constraint Logs and each of the five connecting conversations of LPS® shown in the diagram to the right.
Superintendents and foremen seeking to create reliable work flow, reduce waste and plan more effectively will be able to clearly see:
Lean practitioners find the set of LPS® Standard Work documents makes it easier to undertake this robust project planning system and to step into the role of a neutral leader who empowers other project team members to take ownership of their work.
