Lean: A Mass Timber Solution

Northern California Community of Practice

Come join us for a panel discussion with industry experts who are designing, fabricating, and constructing mass timber buildings. See how their lessons are carrying forward into tomorrow’s solutions and expanding the market. Learn how teams are enhancing their collaboration, maximizing prefabrication opportunities, and reducing factory and onsite waste.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how early design decisions are maximizing pre-fabrication opportunities
  • Explore how preplanning logistics reduces down time on the jobsite
  • Learn how design professionals are eliminating design and construction waste on future projects
