Mid-Atlantic

The LCI Mid-Atlantic Community of Practice (CoP) is an active, diverse group of professionals from across the design and construction industry. Our CoP serves the Philadelphia metro and greater Pennsylvania areas and exists to permeate the local industry with Lean practices and raise awareness of their value while creating a sustainable Lean community.

What We Do

We make our impact by:

  • Advancing Lean knowledge and understanding.
  • Providing academic, applied and experiential learning opportunities that engage members at any point in their development of Lean mastery.
  • Building a Lean network to better connect people and ideas

As part of the Lean Construction Institute, we provide regular informational and networking events focused on improving design and construction delivery. Whether you are just beginning with Lean or a seasoned Lean practitioner, we invite you to join us in sharing and exploring the possibilities and tools of Lean Design and Construction.
