Telling the story of a multi-office design firm that had a whole department leave at one of its main offices. I used the A3 process to rally engineers from other offices, create consensus and implement a plan for improvement.  Speaker: Ethan Grossman, PE, LEED, AL, CPD, Associate at JB&BEthan earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Long Beach and moved to Boston in 1998. He has worked in manufacturing, machine design, and application engineering. He currently helps design Plumbing & Fire Protection systems for a variety of buildings.
