Dan Millard, Wohlsen Construction Company
Dan is currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager for Wohlsen Construction. In his current role, Dan directs and supports preconstruction and estimating teams to develop pricing, schedules, and constructability reviews for projects from early conceptual design to the start of construction. Dan brings 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has experience in the industry with on-site project management and quality control as well as in an estimating role before moving to Preconstruction Manager. Dan holds a Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering-Construction and is passionate about Lean construction. P
Derek Herr, Wohlsen Construction Company
Derek is a seasoned Construction Superintendent with 17 years of experience managing commercial projects. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, Derek has successfully led teams on multimillion-dollar developments from groundbreaking to completion. He excels in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality standards. Dereks hands-on approach and excellent communication skills make him a trusted leader who consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. Derek started his lean journey in 2022 and has become a big advocate for implementing Lean into Wohlsen.
