Jennifer is a Director of Project Management in Johnson & Johnson’s Engineering and Property Services organization, leading the delivery of large value capital projects and strategies. She practiced architecture for more than 15 years, before embarking on a series of corporate roles to focus on the strategic integration of design, real estate, planning, construction, and data technology. She has worked across diverse design typologies and business categories with clients in pharmaceuticals, banking, media, and the public sector. She has a keen interest in transforming the value case for buildings through the reduction of waste in building design, leveraging technology, streamlined planning and lean construction methods. Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2008, she partnered on projects to reimagine, optimize, and modernize laboratory, office and production environments for Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Consumer and Corporate business units. She has been a leader in the piloting of lean planning and delivery methodologies and active in the LCI community of practice for Owners and Manufacturers. She currently leads a Project Delivery initiative to pilot and broaden target value design and delivery practices across the global J&J portfolio.
