LCI Live Lab: Transforming Complex Pre-Construction in the Big Room

Program Overview:

Modern projects are uniquely complex, demanding strict regulatory compliance, intricate MEP coordination, and highly specialized user requirements. Managing these variables in silos often leads to costly late-stage design changes and schedule delays.

This interactive, LCI program delivers a close-up look into the mechanics of a high-performing Pre-Construction Big Room. Designed specifically around the complexities of project delivery, this session moves past theory. Participants will experience an actual project environment to hear how a co-located, multi-disciplinary team uses Lean tools to optimize design, align budgets and accelerate the design-to-construction transition.
