In 2007, Rob was fortunate to take part in a lean construction pilot program and to write the playbook on lean operations for a national construction firm.  He quickly realized the power of lean as his team saved $16 Million through identifying and eliminating waste from their processes.  Since that time, Rob completed a PhD that emphasized lean construction and currently teaches construction management at Utah Valley University.  He developed a lean project management course in 2011 that he teaches yearly.
