Scott Bahr leads Barton Malow’s Lean Team. In addition to shaping company strategy for lean implementation, Scott regularly speaks to groups both inside and outside the organization on lean principles and team dynamics. Prior to joining Barton Malow, Scott spent nearly two decades in automotive engineering and planning. He is married with four college and high school-aged children.
