Dave Hagan, Boulder Associates has been involved in the Lean Project Delivery community for over 18 years. As Lean Sensei for Boulder Architects, Dave facilitates the implementation of Lean methodologies into Boulder’s daily operations. Dave holds a CM-Lean Certificate from the AGC, is a LCI Certified Lean Practitioner- Construction, and has trained with the experts at the Toyota Production System Support Center in Georgetown, Kentucky. He specializes in helping teams build and maintain a Lean culture and is a past recipient of LCI's "Board Achievement Award", which recognizes individuals who have moved LCI forward in meeting its mission of transforming the design and construction industry.
Henry Nutt, III, is a Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries, where his primary role is to develop business for the company. Additionally, Henry advises owners and construction leaders on how to effectively use lean tools to work more efficiently to reduce waste. He’s been in the industry for over 35 years, starting as a union sheet metal worker for Local 104 before rising to the general superintendent. He was the 2018 recipient of LCI’s Pioneer Award. He’s the author of Seven Principles: Creating Success in the Construction Industry.
