James Cahoon (R&S Construction) LEED AP, DBIA, is a Senior Project Manager with Rudolph and Sletten’s Roseville office. With over 26 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation in healthcare construction, delivering high-quality medical facilities on time and within budget. He played a key leadership role on the Sutter Medical Center Sacramento Women’s and Children’s Center Level 5 project and is known for fostering strong team relationships from design through project delivery.

Jeffrey Long (Stantec Architecture) Jeffrey has been a key part of delivering Architectural project management for Sutter Health IFOA and Kaiser Permanente work. He has served as Design Team Leader for hospital projects in the IPD environment for six years. Jeffrey's key strengths are Last Planner System, culture building and Big Room facilitation.
Kristin Hyatt (Stantec Architecture) Kristin Hyatt is a Senior Associate and Project Manager with Stantec’s Sacramento healthcare practice, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of complex acute-care projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams as Project Architect on major hospital work, guiding projects through design, coordination, and construction while aligning with clinical needs and regulatory requirements. Kristin emphasizes collaboration to deliver clear, buildable solutions that enhance patient safety, staff efficiency, and overall project performance.
Jim Whited (R&S Construction) LEED GA, is a Senior Superintendent with Rudolph and Sletten. With over 30 years of experience, he has built his career from the ground up and is a respected field leader. He led the field team on the Sutter Medical Center Sacramento Women’s and Children’s Center Level 5 project, driving accountability and reliable commitments. Jim brings practical insight from design through construction, delivering projects smoothly across diverse and complex environments.
