Reducing Chaos in Design & Construction: An Introduction to Lean
Rather than focusing on tools or formal Lean methods, the discussion will center on:
- The real challenges participants are experiencing on current projects
- What Lean thinking actually means in a design and construction context
- Why many problems are rooted in how work is organized, not in individual performance
- How teams can begin approaching work differently using the knowledge already in the room
No prior Lean knowledge is required. This session is intended for people at any experience level who are interested in improving how work gets done. The session will be highly interactive, with breakout discussions and guided dialogue that allow participants to learn from one another and reflect on their own experience.
The goal is to create space for honest conversation, collective learning, and practical insight that participants can carry back into their daily work.
*There will be additional time for networking and conversation following the structured discussions.*
On site parking is available.
Light refreshments will be provided.
