Learning Objectives:

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Explain why multitasking reduces productivity and how context switching creates hidden waste in construction workflows.
  • Identify different types of work including planned work, operational work, reactive work, and unexpected interruptions.
  • Apply Lean and Scrum patterns such as swarming, one-piece flow, and visible work boards to reduce work in process.
  • Use a basic Scrum board to clarify priorities, improve team coordination, and support daily progress.
  • Start small with Scrum by choosing a short-term goal, checking progress daily, and helping the team work at a sustainable pace.
