Faith Orsini joined Cooper University Health Care in 2020. In her role, she oversees planning, design and construction for the health system. Prior to joining Cooper, Ms. Orsini was the Vice President of Design and Construction for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She has worked in hospital project management for more than 18 years. She is on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of Professional Women in Construction acting as the Learning Committee liaison and on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals acting at the Treasurer.
Shannon (Zerbey) Campbell is the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Capital Projects at Penn Medicine. She has held this leadership position since September 2024, overseeing major design and construction initiatives for the health system.
