Nate Elting   McCarthy Building Companies is a Superintendent 3 and has been with the company for 10 years. He has worked in the construction industry since 2014, serving in both field and project management roles. Nate has used the Last Planner System for many years and brings a practical, field-tested perspective on how LPS can support better planning, coordination, and follow-through on complex projects.
