Build a Shared Lean Language, Build Team Readiness

Ask five people on your team to define Lean, and you’ll likely get five different answers. That inconsistency isn’t a training gap; it’s a readiness gap, and it slows down every project improvement conversation that follows.
LCI Lean Learner Foundations gives you a structured, 20-hour, self-paced answer. With this program, your team will:
- Explore key Lean Topics
- Complete required eLearning courses
- Watch foundational webinars
- Pass the Lean Learner: Foundational Lean Knowledge Check
- Earn an LCI Lean Learner Foundations badge
Along the way, they’ll build a common understanding of Lean thinking, the Six Tenets, waste, flow, value, Respect for People, PDCA, and Lean Project Delivery. And this shared vocabulary in turn drives understanding, collaboration and momentum.
It’s also a natural warm-up before LCI Congress in Atlanta, October 12–16. This is a great way to equip your team with the foundational understanding to maximize the learning opportunities there.
As an LCI corporate member, this program is included with your membership. Non-members can purchase it for $2,795 per program, per person — or reach out to Maryann Fiala, Member Advocate, to learn more about corporate membership.
Your Best Rate for LCI Congress Ends July 30!
