Help Define What Drives Better Project Outcomes
LCI is partnering with Dodge Construction Network to support an industry-wide survey to benchmark performance and identify the practices, processes, and delivery approaches that lead to better design and construction outcomes.
Owners, architects, designers, engineers, general contractors, and trade partners with knowledge of project budgets, schedules, contracting methods, and team processes are encouraged to participate.

The confidential survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Participants will also be eligible to receive a copy of the final study findings.
Findings will be shared at the 2026 LCI Congress on Thursday, October 15, including a 15-minute overview in the General Session Hall and a breakout session at 11:30 a.m. for further discussion. Results will also be made publicly available afterwards on the LCI website.
Add your experience to the industry conversation.

Now is the Time to Register for LCI Congress 2026, Rates Increase July 31!
Join 1,600+ Lean design and construction professionals in Atlanta for the industry’s premier gathering of practitioners, leaders, and teams working to improve how projects are planned, designed, and delivered.
As one 2025 attendee shared:
“LCI Congress is a conversion tool that no white paper has replicated. The momentum of practitioners in one room sharing results across geographies and project types moves skeptics in ways data alone cannot.”

That’s the power of Congress: real people, real results, and real conversations that help teams move from interest to action.
⛳️ Sponsorship is still available for the SOLD OUT Golf Tournament.
Sponsorship at LCI Congress is More Than Logo Placement
For companies like The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, it’s a way to show visible support for LCI’s mission, demonstrate commitment to the Lean community, and reinforce that Lean is an important part of how they work.
In this clip from our recent livestream, “Exhibitors & Sponsors Build a Competitive Advantage,” Matt Bleakley, Division VP at Whiting-Turner, shares why they continue to sponsor LCI Congress year after year — and how that investment supports connection, recognition, and meaningful engagement across the Lean community.
