He leads field operations across multiple projects, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and high-performing teams. Having led complex projects nationwide, Mitch is known for his collaborative leadership and strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, and project teams. A passionate Lean Construction advocate and a mentor to the next generation of builders.
