Jeff Reilly is an LCI-CPC and Managing Director of Multifamily Construction at Weathervane Companies. With 18 years in construction and nine years practicing Lean, he has successfully delivered large multifamily projects ahead of schedule and under budget using Lean principles.
Heather Ormonde has been a Lean practitioner since 2010, an active LCI leader, speaker, and facilitator, and brings experience as an owner, designer, and general contractor to help organizations implement Lean thinking.
