Speakers:
Sean Franklin is a Senior Project Manager at Sutter Health, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over two decades of dedicated project management experience within the Sutter Health system, he specializes in overseeing complex facility projects and leading IPD projects.
John Eberhard is a highly accomplished, results-driven General Superintendent at DPR Construction, based out of Danville, California. With extensive senior-level leadership experience in the commercial construction industry, John excels at managing large-scale, technically complex projects. He is a Lean leader challenging the industry with Last Planner & progressive Takt processes.
Jessica Okada is a Mechanical & Plumbing Sr. Project Manager at Southland Industries, where she has worked for over a decade. Located in the Bay Area. Okada graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her extensive experience at Southland includes both engineering and project management roles, providing a strong foundation for managing complex mechanical and plumbing projects.
Kris Getchell is a Project Constructability Lead for Southland Industries’ Northern California division. He is currently serving as one of the lead design detailers for the mechanical scope on the Sutter Health Santa Clara Hospital project. While only his second IFOA project, Kris has already experienced the benefits of a team mentality and is committed to leveraging his career experience to support progressive construction methodology. He has been instrumental in supporting the application of Takt time to the coordination phase through the development of resource trains to support sequencing of the workflow.
Ashish Manik is a Sr. VDC Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering $100M to $2B Data Centers, IPD, IFoA Healthcare, and critical infrastructure projects. He turns complex projects into coordinated, data-driven workflows through VDC, Design Management, and automation. Passionate about building smarter, faster, leaner ways to deliver the facilities that keep the world running.
