Leadership Under Pressure: Coordination Trust and the Meaning of Project Success
About the Research:
The researchers’ forthcoming paper on leadership transitions is based on a recently completed project in the region. As part of Owner-Led Project Delivery (OLED), they were given access to the construction team and project meetings, allowing them to observe how leadership, coordination, trust, and decision-making unfolded in real time.
Why Attend:
Be among the first to hear the researchers’ findings and join a conversation with students, Lean practitioners, and construction industry professionals interested in Lean Construction, modern project delivery, and the evolving definition of project success.
