From Court to Concert: Lean in Action at OSU's Schottenstein Center

Concert tonight. Hockey tomorrow. How? What does it take to flip the Schott?

Join the LCI Ohio Valley and Northern Ohio Communities of Practice at The Ohio State University for a behind-the-scenes Gemba walk to see how the Schott transforms from concerts to hockey to basketball—and the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement that make it happen.

We’ll also hear two quick-hit presentations from OSU MBOE alumni, sharing the real-world improvement projects they tackled for their capstones.

Then we’ll do what all good Lean practitioners should do after a Gemba walk: reflect over drinks at happy hour.
