Paul is a Project Executive with Skanska USA Building Inc. with over 21 years in the construction industry. He is also an experienced Lean practitioner and has been leading and coaching teams in Lean and Last Planner System techniques for over 15 years.
Emily Lowe, Butz Family of Companies
Emily is the Director or Lean for the Butz Family of Companies. She has worked in the construction industry for over 24 years and is a key component of the Innovation Department where she specializes in inspiring, coaching and mentoring teams throughout their Lean journey. Emily encourages Lean thinking and promotes a mindset of continuous improvement by speaking both locally and on the national LCI stage.
Lunch will be provided starting at 12:00 PM.
