Lunch and Learn - Reflections on the LCI 28th Annual Congress

The conversations don't end when Congress does. Join us for a Lean Coffee debrief of the LCI 28th Annual Congress, where we'll come together to reflect on key insights, share memorable moments, and discuss how the ideas presented can be applied in our organizations, projects, and communities.

This participant-driven session uses the Lean Coffee format, allowing attendees to build the agenda in real time and explore the topics that matter most. Whether you're eager to discuss innovative practices, leadership lessons, culture change, collaboration strategies, technology, or your biggest Congress takeaways, this is an opportunity to learn from peers and continue the momentum of Congress.

All are welcome, whether you attended Congress or want to learn from those who participated. Bring your questions, reflections, successes, and challenges as we collectively uncover actionable ideas and strengthen our Lean community.
