This track explores how to set the tone at the beginning of a project to put your team on the right track for success. You can expect these sessions to explore the initial phase of projects, the design and preconstruction phase. This is a critical time for ensuring the success of a project. This is the time to set the tone.

This track is intended for sharing lessons and best practices for collaborative design and preconstruction efforts that deliver value to all project stakeholders. Sessions in this track will include:

How Lean tactics such as Target Value Delivery and Conditions of Satisfaction influence the overall design process
