Welcome to the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Nashville Community of Practice — one of the fastest-growing collaborative networks for design and construction professionals in Middle Tennessee. Since launching in 2024, our Community of Practice has rapidly built momentum by bringing together owners, architects, general contractors, and trade partners who share a commitment to transforming our industry through Lean principles. Through high-impact events, meaningful peer learning, and practical application, we are creating a stronger, more connected construction community.
