Upon submittal of your registration you will receive an order confirmation email. Additional Congress information, including a link for hotel reservations, will arrive via separate email within 24 hours of your registration.

Please select your Core Program Breakout Sessions on the form. You may add Learning Day courses for additional fees as listed. All cancellations subject to $300 fee. No cancellations accepted after September 24, 2024.
