Dave Hagan, Executive Director of Continuous Improvement - The Devenney Group LTD, Architects
Dave has been involved in the Lean Project Delivery community for over 17 years. As head of Continuous Improvement for Devenney Group., Architects, Dave facilitates the implementation of Lean methodologies into Devenney’s daily operations. Dave is a Certified Scrum Master, holds a CM-Lean Certificate from the AGC, and has trained with the experts at the Toyota Production System Support Center in Georgetown, Kentucky. He specializes in helping teams build and maintain a Lean culture.

 
Henry Nutt is a Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries, where his primary role is to develop business for the company. Additionally, Henry advises owners and construction leaders on how to effectively use lean tools to work more efficiently to reduce waste. He’s been in the industry for over 35 years, starting as a union sheet metal worker for Local 104 before rising to the general superintendent. Henry is a former Chair of Lean Construction Institute’s Board of Directors. He was the 2018 recipient of the LCI’s Pioneer Award. He’s the author of Seven Principles: Creating Success in the Construction Industry.
